Maryke is the director of KVR Consulting, a company she helped establish in 2018 under KVR Training before it became a standalone business.

With 16 years of hands-on experience as a Skills Development Facilitator, she has built a successful consulting firm driven by strong client relationships, a passion for compliance, and a commitment to excellence.

Passionate about employment equity and skills development, Maryke is a firm advocate for empowering women in the workplace, leading an all-female team known for its efficiency and attention to detail. She values teamwork, integrity, and fostering a supportive work environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children and finds joy in coaching her daughter’s netball team. With a clear vision for the future, she is focused on expanding KVR Consulting’s services, growing her team, and ensuring the company continues to thrive as an independent entity.

Ria is the Project and Resource Manager at KVR Consulting, responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects across the business. Her role includes defining project objectives, developing project plans and timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring milestones are achieved efficiently and to the highest standard.

She works closely with consultants and stakeholders, leading teams through clear communication, monitoring performance, managing risks, and implementing corrective actions where needed. Ria also manages Discretionary Grant processes for the W&R SETA, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.

With a strong background in IT Project Management, Ria brings experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations across the PG Group. Her strengths in IT Business Process Analysis and Architecture enable her to structure complex projects with clarity and efficiency.

Ria joined KVR Consulting during a critical period in 2025, initially on a short-term basis that evolved into a long-term partnership. The company value that resonates most with Ria is a commitment to sound and Godly business principles. She continues to deepen her knowledge in Skills Development and Employment Equity with dedication and enthusiasm. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and cooking for loved ones.
