With 16 years of hands-on experience as a Skills Development Facilitator, she has built a successful consulting firm driven by strong client relationships, a passion for compliance, and a commitment to excellence.

Passionate about employment equity and skills development, Maryke is a firm advocate for empowering women in the workplace, leading an all-female team known for its efficiency and attention to detail. She values teamwork, integrity, and fostering a supportive work environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children and finds joy in coaching her daughter’s netball team. With a clear vision for the future, she is focused on expanding KVR Consulting’s services, growing her team, and ensuring the company continues to thrive as an independent entity.

With expertise in SETA regulations, Skills Development, and Employment Equity, she ensures organisations meet requirements while fostering inclusive, high-performing workforces. She specialises in Workplace Skills Planning, Employment Equity reporting, and transformation strategies.

Her passion for workforce development stems from recognising the impact of structured training on business growth. Outside work, she enjoys reading, hiking, travelling, and exploring new coffee spots—all while balancing part-time studies.

Driven by collaboration, she thrives on building strong partnerships that create lasting change. If she had a superpower, it would be instantly absorbing and applying knowledge—perfect for her love of continuous learning.

Lientjie is a Skills Development Facilitator and Employment Equity Specialist at KVR Consulting, bringing over nine years of experience in workforce development and compliance. She ensures businesses meet legislative requirements while fostering a skilled and diverse workforce. Her strong project management and problem-solving skills allow her to navigate high-pressure periods efficiently.

Her career began in 2015, and she joined KVR Consulting in 2024. Outside of work, She enjoys spending time with my two boys and husband and has a passion for cooking and baking. Her role blends professional fulfilment with personal joy, making each day rewarding
