When you authorise the App via TikTok, we collect the following data through the TikTok API:

  • Basic Profile Info: Username and profile picture (from user.info.basic scope)
  • Video Data: Video titles, view counts, like counts, and comment counts (from video.list scope)

We do not collect passwords, private messages, financial information, or any data beyond the above scopes.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data collected is used exclusively to:

  • Generate performance reports for social media strategy
  • Provide AI-driven content recommendations to KVR Consulting clients
  • Monitor engagement trends over time

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Data is stored securely within our internal systems and is accessible only to authorised KVR Consulting staff.

4. Data Retention

We retain collected data for as long as the App is authorised. Upon revoking access through your TikTok account settings, we will delete your data within 30 days upon request.

5. TikTok API Compliance

This App complies with TikTok’s API Developer Policy. We request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide our service.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Access tokens are stored securely and never exposed publicly.

7. Your Rights

You may revoke this App’s access to your TikTok account at any time by visiting TikTok → Settings → Security → Apps and Sessions → Manage App Permissions.
