These Terms of Service govern your use of the KVR Consulting Social Analytics application (“the App”), which connects your TikTok account to our internal analytics platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting your TikTok account through this App, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App allows KVR Consulting to access and analyse TikTok video performance data on behalf of clients. The App reads basic profile information and video lists to generate AI-powered social media strategy insights. No content is posted, modified, or deleted on your behalf.
3. TikTok Platform Terms
Use of this App is subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service. By authorising this App, you confirm you have read and accepted TikTok’s terms.
4. Data Usage
We access only the data necessary to provide our analytics service, specifically:
- Basic profile information (username, profile picture)
- Video list (titles, view counts, likes, comments)
This data is used solely for internal reporting purposes and is not sold or shared with any third parties.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to connect the TikTok account to this App. You must not use this App for any unlawful purpose.
6. Termination
You may revoke access to this App at any time through your TikTok account settings under “Manage App Permissions.” KVR Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
KVR Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this App. The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
